Fun weekend

Part of my family comes to Boise every March for the boys state basketball tournament. My dad is the head coach for the boys team from my old high school, Teton High School in eastern Idaho. Even if the team doesn’t make it, my parents at least come over. This year my sister Jenny, her husband Tim and their three boys, Dyllan, Josh and Brandon also came and stayed with us. We had a pretty packed house this last week, 12 people in our little three bedroom, 2 bath, but we got along great and had a fun time.

Chris took my dad, Tim and the four older kids to the BSU-Fresno State game Thursday night while I went shopping and out to dinner with my mom, Jenny and the two little boys, Carter and Brandon.

Friday night everyone went to watch 3A basketball games except for Chris and I. We took Kennedy, Josh, Brandon and  Carter to the elementary school’s Spring Fling fundraiser.

Saturday was Dyllan’s 16th birthday, so we all went to eat at Kyoto’s, a Japanese steakhouse off Fairview Ave. It was really good and we had a fun time. This was about the only time I had my camera out the whole weekend.

This is Tony, he is our favorite chef at the restaurant, we love it when he gets our table, and he did Saturday, yay.

OK, this is definitely not at while we were eating. This is my dad showing Dyllan that he can still take him down. It was hilarious. We couldn’t stop laughing.

Your family is great.

I wish we had tried that restaurant out before we moved away from Idaho!
